The system automatically generates invoices and receipts upon transaction completion. How does Jetr handle financial tracking? Jetr automatically tracks all fee transactions, calculates outstanding balances in real-time, and provides detailed payment history reports. Automated alerts can be configured for overdue payments. What communication tools are available? Jetr includes integrated bulk messaging capabilities for SMS and WhatsApp, allowing you to send timely notifications on results, fee reminders, announcements, and school events to parents, staff, and students. Support & Updates Are updates included with the software? Your license includes all minor updates and security patches at no extra cost. Jetr employs role-based access controls (for Admins, Teachers, Students, and Parents) and secure authentication protocols.
